John went above and beyond to help us with our Sprinter's AC problem. He was very knowledgeable, patient, overly helpful, and above all super friendly. 2 words: LIFE SAVER!! John from RV Clarity couldn't be a nicer gentleman and businessman to work with. We had him do an RV Inspection, some teachings about the RV, and a tank flush, all of which he walked us through, step-by-step, showing us in detail how things operate and minor troubleshooting should we run into any issues. ON TOP OF THAT, we have reached out with questions and minor concerns and he answered them all, in detail and without any fuss or complaints.
